Our client requires a senior level Business Analyst on contract with the ability to work Hybrid in Calgary, AB.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate as lead/Senior BA on a program.
- Compile strong recommendations to progress program initiatives.
- Work on value creation in the face of constraints and differing opinions.
- Support a group of Project Managers and Product Owners.
- Be the expert in understanding strategic drivers to evaluate use cases.
- Compile and own all program artifacts, i.e., roadmap, execution plan, risk registers.
- Support timely resolution of gaps, conflicts, risks, and issues that arise.
- Be collaborative and engaging!
- Serve as the day-to-day contact for the team on clarification of requirements and support.
Qualifications:
- University degree and/or 10+ years related experience.
- PMP, CBAP, or other Business Analysis certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of BA and/or Project/Program Management experience organizing and coordinating multiple products under a common program.
- Deep knowledge of business improvement tools and techniques including roadmap development, process mapping, risk analysis, financial evaluation, and decision tracking.
- Expert in developing targeted presentations for diverse audiences including executives.
- Intermediate knowledge of AI/ML product development and IIOT solutions.
- Experience in Agile methodologies and have worked in co-located, cross-functional Scrum teams.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
