Responsibilities: Translate technical systems specifications into working, tested applications. This includes developing detailed programming specifications, writing and/or generating code, and compiling data-driven programs.

- Support the Enterprise Security Monitoring program by providing hands-on development support for Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules on ServiceNow.
- Support development practices, platform sustainability, and administrative and integration support.
In This Role, The Senior ServiceNow Developer Will
- Provide development and engineering support for enterprise security monitoring projects, focusing on ServiceNow’s Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Possess strong knowledge of software development practices and provide active development and support.
- Support deployment, change management, documentation, and operational support for ServiceNow.
- Collaborate with security teams and external partners to align ServiceNow configurations with organizational goals.
- Work with vendors to report issues, assist with research, and resolve technical challenges.
- Create documentation for operational processes and procedures.
General Skills
- Leadership in developing and implementing ServiceNow Security modules.
- Extensive software development experience and understanding of system administration.
- Experience translating business requirements into software solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and trends.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
- 5+ years of ServiceNow experience, including 3-5 years with Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response modules.
- Strong skills in integrations using REST, SOAP, workflows, and Flow Designer.
- Experience with ServiceNow portals, data models, and AI capabilities.
DevOps Developer / Engineering Experience
- 5+ years coding with JavaScript, HTML, Angular, CSS, AJAX.
- Experience with the software development lifecycle, testing, and documentation.
Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow CIS-SIR, CIS-VR, CSA, CAD, and ITILv4.
Must Have
- Java, Java Enterprise, Cloud Native, JSON, Spring Framework, Oracle, SQL.
Nice to Have
- React.
