Requirements:
- 10+ years of professional experience (a technical assessment will be required)
- Proven track record of managing teams and projects effectively
- Ability to create clean, modern, testable, and well-documented code
- Advanced English fluency, both verbal and written
- Professional, empathetic, and team-oriented
