About the role
We are looking for a Specialist UX Designer for our growing team!
In this role, you’ll use a human-centered approach to improve our services and experiences. You’re skilled in facilitation, research, and strategy, and you simplify complex problems to create delightful omnichannel experiences for both customers and employees.
You will lead the design process from discovery to delivery, working closely with users and stakeholders to understand problems, develop insights, and co-create solutions. Your work will shape strategy and ensure organizational alignment and knowledge
