What will your typical day look like?

  • Analyze class action settlement agreements to extract operational and regulatory requirements
  • Translate legal mandates into clear workflows, decision logic, and business rules
  • Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Assurance (QA) protocols, escalation paths, and operational documentation
  • Document features, processes, and workflows in partnership with operations, legal, data and product engineering teams
  • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to embed logic into digital systems
  • Lead discussions to clarify decisions and design optimal cross-program workflows
  • Identify edge cases, assess risk, and recommend scalable, compliant solutions
  • Continuously refine processes using feedback and performance data
  • Convert complex legal, technical, and product concepts into clear, user-friendly content
  • Maintain knowledge bases, help guides, and client-facing documentation
  • Support Requests for Proposals (RFPs), compliance responses, and regulatory communications with high-precision documentation

About the team

Deloitte Claims is a fast-growing team within our Risk, Regulatory & Forensics practice. We manage class action settlements of all sizes across both private and public sectors.

We leverage some of the best-in-class technologies—cloud platforms, automation, data analytics, and secure digital communications—to streamline every step of the process. From intake and claims review to distribution and reporting, our tech-enabled approach brings speed, accuracy, and transparency to complex settlements.

We partner with litigators, in-house counsel, and courts from early case planning through final resolution, delivering expert guidance and operational precision at every stage.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Science, Business, or a related field
  • Advanced Excel skills required; data modelling skills are an asset
  • A strong writer who can convert the complex into simple straightforward language
  • Two or more years of experience in technical writing, preferably in software, legal tech, or a compliance-heavy field
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks at once
  • Able to synthesize information from multiple data points
  • Works well with people, inquisitive and asks questions, and leads with confidence
  • Results driven and able to work independently
  • Experience and comfortable working with product teams, engineers, and legal/compliance stakeholders
  • Experience working with tools like Confluence, Markdown, Lucid, or similar content management platforms is considered a plus
  • Care about clarity, accessibility, and user experience just as much as accuracy
  • Bonus if you’ve supported regulated or sensitive environments (e.g., legal, health, public sector) or if you have worked in Class Action Administration

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $51,000 – $90,000 (Analyst/Consultant), $72,000 – $108,000 (Senior Consultant), or $86,000 – $144,000 (Manager), and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
