The Impact You Will Have
Softchoice AI Solutions Group is seeking a Trainer, Workplace AI Consulting. This position will require a person with French and English bilingual communications skills
The Trainer, Workplace AI Consulting is a customer-facing role and is a critical role within the AI Solutions organization to help drive the successful delivery of Workplace AI Consulting projects. The Workplace AI Consulting team delivers on professional services adoption and change management engagements focused primarily in the areas of Microsoft 365, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
What You’ll Do
Project Delivery and Execution
- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and objectives.
- Design and develop training plans.
- Design and develop end-user enablement content, including facilitated learning, instructor-led learning, reference materials, and user instructions as needed.
- Conduct in-person or virtual training sessions for customers.
- Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards, are completed on time, and stay within budget.
- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through user feedback, surveys, and performance metrics.
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor for their Workplace AI needs.
