Key Responsibilities And Duties
- Communicate effectively via written and verbal channels to address complex issues
- Develop knowledge of our higher-ed solutions to assist in problem-solving
- Support higher-ed customers by addressing questions and concerns
- Identify root causes of technical issues
- Suggest product improvements to enhance technical solutions
- Monitor performance metrics to ensure optimal operation
Skills And Qualifications
- BS degree required
- Proficiency in MySQL and Unix commands
- Understanding of web applications and database design
- Strong communication skills for customer interaction
- Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS technical support
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
