- Drive the successful execution of complex, global Oracle Fusion Cloud (SaaS) and Oracle EBS programs, focusing on Finance and Supply Chain domains.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams, foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement, and ensure operational excellence across the program lifecycle.
- Establish strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, maintaining proactive communication and high satisfaction levels.
- Own end-to-end delivery plans, implement governance and risk management processes, and lead cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and develop project managers and delivery staff to build high-performing Oracle delivery capabilities.
