Role Overview: The Security Lead will focus on a major S/4HANA transformation project, defining and implementing security across on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring compliance and secure user access.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead SAP Security workstream for S/4HANA conversion and BTP enablement.
- Analyze ECC roles and design S/4HANA role concepts, aligning with SAP best practices.
- Define and implement user access management strategies across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and Fiori.
- Coordinate with teams to support secure access for custom applications and integrations.
- Drive security design for SAP BTP Integration Suite interfaces and services.
- Implement RBAC, firefighter, and emergency access controls.
- Support audit activities, including SoD checks and access reviews.
- Ensure secure user provisioning during testing phases.
- Collaborate with BASIS, identity management, and cloud teams on security practices.
- Prepare security plans for cutover and post-go-live support.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of SAP Security experience, including 2 S/4HANA projects.
- Experience in SAP role redesign/migration in S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of Fiori app security and launchpad setup.
- Experience with GRC Access Control / Identity Access Governance.
- Understanding of SAP BTP security concepts and cloud integration scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Professional security certification (e.g., CISSP).
Professional Attributes:
- Experience with Big 4 or global SI is preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive learner of new technologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
