About The Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Consultant to join the TELUS Business Enterprise Service Management (ESM) Practice. In this key role, you will act as the primary technical liaison between our Sales team and prospective clients, helping to shape and deliver impactful ServiceNow-based solutions tailored to specific business needs. Your work will be instrumental in crafting compelling value propositions, managing proof-of-concept engagements, and creating long-term client relationships that drive measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a ServiceNow consulting role, working with large enterprise clients
- Demonstrated expertise in conducting discovery workshops, gathering requirements, and delivering software demonstrations and PoCs
- Experience with or certifications in one or more ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, SPM, HRSD, ITAM/SAM, or ITOM
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical teams, and customers to accurately translate requirements into deliverable solutions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Multiple ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
- Prior experience managing enterprise customer relationships and delivering complex solutions
- Familiarity with writing proposals, scopes of work, and RFP/RFI responses
Responsibilities
- Act as the main technical liaison between the Sales team and prospective clients
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, scopes of work, and responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow demo environments for live presentations
- Lead solution discussions and assist the Sales team with technical strategy and positioning
- Deliver Proof of Concept engagements to demonstrate the value and capability of proposed solutions
- Follow up with prospects for additional information and clarification as needed
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads and Sales to ensure accurate translation of requirements into statements of work
- Manage and grow client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing relevant insights with internal stakeholders
- Perform other duties as required in support of business development goals
