Responsibilities
- Work on financial services and transactional banking matters.
- Collaborate closely with partners in the Montréal and Québec City offices.
- Provide strategic legal advice on financings, loans, guarantees, and other banking transactions.

- Remote work policy includes up to two weeks per year, including international locations.

Requirements
- Member in good standing of the Québec Bar.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in transactional banking and financial services law.
- Fully bilingual (French and English).
- Prior experience in a reputable law firm.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on complex banking transactions.
