- 10+ years of strong experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 3 years specifically as an Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Business Analyst (AEM BA)
- Excellent understanding of business flows related to AEM site development and implementation projects, having handled 3-4 large-scale AEM projects as a Business Analyst
- Acting as the link between the project team and end users
- Evaluating existing business processes for effectiveness and efficiency
- Proposing and implementing improvements to outdated or inefficient processes
- Performing requirements analysis to understand end user needs
- Defining configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Performing quality assurance
- Defining reporting and alerting requirements
- Building and maintaining relationships with partners to optimize integration
- Designing, documenting, and maintaining system processes
- Leading reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Staying updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems
- Providing vision and direction to Agile development teams and stakeholders, creating clear requirements
- Ensuring the team has a backlog of prepared tasks
- Planning and prioritizing product feature backlog and development
- Defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities
- Assessing value, developing cases, and prioritizing stories, epics, and themes aligned with product strategy
- Experience as a Business Analyst with QA experience is a plus
