Your Impact
- Drive Innovation: Lead cutting-edge omni-channel content strategies with a “create once, publish everywhere” philosophy that maximizes efficiency and consistency
- Shape Customer Journeys: Collaborate with diverse teams across eCommerce, digital marketing, brand marketing, and in-store experiences to create cohesive customer experiences
- Influence at Scale: Present campaign insights and creative strategies to executive leadership, directly impacting company-wide marketing initiatives
- Lead Creative Excellence: Champion bold, data-driven creative solutions from concept to market launch across all marketing channels
Your Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership:
- Translate complex marketing objectives into results-driven, inspiring omni-channel content that prioritizes customer storytelling
- Establish and manage comprehensive project timelines while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned
- Measure and analyze creative performance, providing actionable insights to executive teams
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with creative and production teams to execute innovative strategies across paid and organic channels
- Manage internal client relationships, evaluating requirements and identifying strategic content opportunities
- Lead creative presentation meetings, building consensus and advocating for exceptional creative work
Project Excellence
- Develop detailed omni-channel briefs and resource requirements for both internal teams and external partners
- Create comprehensive project plans and budgets that deliver content meeting channel specifications and creative standards
- Collaborate closely with content producers on original video and photography solutions
Education & Experience
What You Bring to the Table
- University degree in business, commerce, marketing, or related field
- 5+ years of proven success in
