Key Responsibilities:
Lead QA Transformation: Drive the strategic shift of ATB’s QA landscape towards a more efficient, automated, and modern approach.
Tricentis Implementation & Optimization: Design, implement, and optimize Tricentis solutions (e.g., Tosca, qTest, NeoLoad) to meet ATB’s specific testing and automation needs.
Automation Framework Development: Establish and mature scalable test automation frameworks, integrating them into our CI/CD pipelines.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices for test automation, test data management, and continuous testing.
Mentorship & Training: Provide guidance and knowledge
