As a Senior Strategy Analyst, you will be responsible for…
Strategic Development & Insight Generation
- Support and lead strategy development efforts across our client units and segments.
- Identify new growth platforms and opportunities by assessing market attractiveness, competitive position, business models, and customer needs.
- Analyze the external landscape (e.g., technology trends, regulations, customer demands, competitor activity) to inform strategic planning.
Problem Solving & Analysis
- Translate business requests into clearly defined strategic problems and actionable solutions.
- Create analytical models and interpret data to support high-impact decisions.
- Evaluate industry structures and competitive dynamics across global and regional markets.
- Develop compelling storylines and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to executive leadership.
- Collaborate across segment strategy teams and global stakeholders to drive alignment and strategic execution.
Execution & Implementation
- Support the development and rollout of the annual strategic planning process.
- Track execution against long-term strategic goals using defined KPIs and performance metrics.
- Participate in strategic projects from ideation through to implementation.
What you already have…
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution, preferably in a technical discipline (Engineering, Finance, Quantitative fields).
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.
Experience
- 2–3 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy; experience in Transportation or Mobility industries is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience engaging with C-suite and senior executives.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
