We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Portfolio Manager to oversee water infrastructure projects across Ontario. The role involves developing market strategies, managing client relationships, and collaborating internally to ensure project success and market growth.
Your Role Within The Team
- Growth & Sales: Maintain client relationships, participate in strategy development, oversee contracts, and lead bid preparations.
- Project set-up & Execution: Provide project oversight, manage client interactions, chair meetings, validate change requests, and champion continuous improvement.
- Business delivery: Manage project portfolios, monitor performance, participate in market meetings, and ensure growth and efficiency.

The Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Project Management, or related field; PEO license.
- 10+ years in infrastructure project or portfolio management, preferably water/municipal sectors.
- PMP or similar certification preferred.
- Knowledge of Ontario water infrastructure regulations and funding.
- Strong leadership, analysis, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
