Job Mandate
We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and manage infrastructure supporting our scalable and secure applications. This role combines traditional infrastructure operations with modern DevOps practices, ensuring reliability, automation, and efficiency across development and production environments. Responsibilities include building and maintaining infrastructure-as-code (IaC), automating deployments, managing CI/CD pipelines, and supporting production systems with a focus on reliability, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
Major Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Automate provisioning, configuration management, and deployments across environments (on-prem and cloud).
- Support and optimize CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure and application deployment (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Manage and support cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure), including compute, networking, storage, IAM, and monitoring.
- Maintain observability and monitoring solutions (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues across the stack (compute, storage, network, OS).
- Collaborate with IT teams (application support, security, infrastructure) to resolve cross-functional issues.
- Work with developers, SREs, and security teams to ensure platform stability and security.
- Apply and enforce DevOps best practices, including version control, automated testing, and continuous delivery.
- Review system performance, optimize costs, and plan capacity regularly.
- Participate in on-call support rotation and incident response.
- Maintain excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrate ownership and operational awareness.
- Work effectively across dev, infrastructure, and legacy support teams.
- Maintain system reliability, even for systems you didn’t build.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3+ years in DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or system administration. Skills include:

- Identity Providers: Entra ID, Active Directory

- Scripting & Automation: Bash, Python, PowerShell
- Systems Administration: RHEL, Debian, Windows
