Job Description
As a Head of People Strategy & HRBP, your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing people strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Providing strategic HR business partnership to senior leadership teams.
- Driving talent acquisition and retention initiatives to build a robust workforce.
- Implementing and monitoring performance management frameworks.
- Leading organisational development and change management efforts.
- Overseeing employee engagement and culture-building programmes.
- Ensuring compliance with labour regulations and company policies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address workforce challenges.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Head of People Strategy should have:
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management and organisational development.
- Experience in the financial services industry or a similar sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A results-oriented mindset with the ability to lead HR initiatives effectively.
- Knowledge of local employment laws and regulations in Jakarta.
