Role Description:
• Implement accessibility fixes as outlined in the audit report across selected pages and templates.
• Work within TeamSite CMS (or a similar platform) to make structural and content-based updates.
• Collaborate with QA to test and validate accessibility improvements using screen readers and keyboard-only navigation.
• Maintain a record of fixes made and support documentation.
• Flag implementation challenges or CMS limitations to the Project Coordinator for escalation.
Required Skill Set:
• Experience working in TeamSite CMS or other enterprise content management systems (e.g., AEM, Sitecore, Drupal)
• Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and ARIA implementation best practices
• Strong understanding of keyboard and screen reader accessibility
• Experience working on accessibility remediations or audit-driven improvements
• Comfortable working independently and in a cross-functional team
Desired Skill Set:
• Familiarity with QA tools (e.g., Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse)
• Experience working in a regulated industry (finance, healthcare, government, etc.)
