Overview
Hexagon’s Autonomy & Positioning division, is looking for a Senior Business Systems Developer to focus on ERP manufacturing software including Infor Cloudsuite Industry (Syteline), Epicor, SAP and Oracle Finance to enact our information systems road-map. You will play a vital role in defining our strategy and setting our vision. As a member of the Information Systems team, you will report directly to the Team Lead, Business Systems, and will be accountable for development, integration, and support responsibilities for our diverse enterprise application stack.
The Location: Hexagon is a global companty with offices around the world. This position is based in Calgary, AB .
Responsibilities
As a Senior Business Systems Developer , you will be responsible for the following:
- Day to day support and maintenance of business application across corporate applications
- Write stored procedures, trigger, function
- Conduct system maintenance, lifecycle, and debugging and S QL database support/maintenance
- Gather business requirements from key business partners and create IS solutions
- Develop, integrate, and support ERP applications
- Work with business teams to ensure proper and effective integration of business processes into new and existing system solutions
- Create comprehensive documentation and provide necessary user training
- Ensure availability and performance of business applications
Qualifications
Must-Have:
- Bachelor degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience working in a related information technology role
- Proven track record in delivering customer service excellence
- Strong technical knowledge and experience in architecture, system design, and data conversion
- Hands-on experience in object-oriented language/frameworks, relational database management systems, web technologies, and/or other software application development platforms
- Proficiency in p rogramming languages: (JAVA, C#,VB), Ssripting: (XML, HTML, JSON, CSS, XSLT), databases: (MS SQL) Management Studio, SSRS, SSIS
