About This Role
The Civil Project Manager oversees all aspects of assigned projects from planning through completion. This includes reviewing estimates and contracts, preparing and managing budgets, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring timely, cost-effective delivery. The role also involves managing project documentation and financial performance, and keeping management informed of any factors that may impact outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project estimates, contracts, and specifications and work closely with the Estimating team on bid submissions.
- Prepare and manage detailed project budgets, communicate any revisions as needed, and conduct monthly financial reviews to track costs against projections.
- Lead and participate in pre-construction meetings to review specifications, define roles and responsibilities, coordinate subcontractor and supplier involvement, and establish scheduling and
