$109,000.00/yr – $160,100.00/yr
QCStaffer is an offshore staff provider supporting recruitment agencies and search firms by offering researchers, resourcers, and administrative assistants. The Blond HR supports QCS in meeting staffing needs efficiently.

Responsibilities
- Work on high-impact features that deliver direct customer value
- Own end-to-end product from discovery to deployment
- Collaborate with design, product, and customer-facing teams
- Prioritize fast iteration while maintaining clean, scalable code
- Influence engineering and product culture from day one
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack experience with React and Python
- Experience in early-stage VC-backed startups is mandatory
- Experience with tools like Snowflake, dbt, FastAPI, GCP, Postgres, Tailwind
- Proven product sense and ownership : built and shipped at least one feature
- Based in Canada , with a stable career path
Nice to Have
- Degree from top Canadian CS programs (e.g., Waterloo, U of T, McGill)
- Experience with Dagster, Terraform, or similar tools
