Role Overview
As a Customer Success Manager , you’ll be the key bridge between our brand and our clients—supporting individuals as they engage with our personal growth content, online systems, and educational platforms. You’ll use a consultative and service-oriented approach to build lasting relationships and drive client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with new clients to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Build trust-based relationships and provide strategic guidance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client progress and satisfaction.
  • Manage client communications via video, phone, and digital channels.
  • Collaborate with global support staff to optimize client success workflows.
  • Maintain and update client data and success metrics in CRM tools.
