Role Overview

As the Director of Client Services – Canada, you will be responsible for expanding Novestra Health’s footprint across medium-sized hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organizations. This is a commission-based role, offering high earning potential for individuals with strong healthcare industry networks and a passion for bringing innovative healthcare solutions to the market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical professionals onto the Novestra Health platform.
  2. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, ensuring long-term engagement.
  3. Sales & Revenue Growth: Drive sales efforts, negotiate contracts, and close deals, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  4. Market Strategy & Expansion: Develop strategic plans to expand Novestra Health’s presence in Canada, identifying new market opportunities.
  5. Product Advocacy: Educate potential clients about Novestra Health’s AI-powered platform and how it enhances clinical workflows and patient care.
  6. Collaboration: Work closely with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and ensure customer success.

Qualifications & Skills

  1. Proven Experience: 8+ years in client services, business development, or sales, preferably within the healthcare, health tech, or SaaS industry.
  2. Healthcare Industry Network: Strong connections with hospitals, clinics, medical professionals, and healthcare administrators in Canada.
  3. Sales & Negotiation Skills: Exceptional ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.
  4. Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maximize commission earnings.
  5. Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage C-level executives and decision-makers.
