Job Responsibilities
- Document the architecture and design, providing guidance to development teams for implementation.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers, integration teams, and downstream systems to implement technical solutions aligned with requirements, following the architecture and design.
- Lead and participate in System Integration Tests and User Acceptance Tests, ensuring timely analysis and resolution of application issues.
- Review and analyze business requirements, providing feedback to functional domain architects/POs in line with the product vision.
Requirements
Years of experience: 10+ Years
Mandatory Skills:
- Experience in implementing Salesforce applications using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Call Center, Chatter, Einstein, and AppExchange applications.
- Extensive experience in Salesforce configuration and development, including Flows, Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce pages, Lightning Components (Aura or LWC).
- Experience designing and implementing reusable, scalable, and maintainable applications.
- Experience in data mapping and migration from legacy systems to Salesforce.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with ServiceNow, Snowflake, ServiceMesh, Fabric Architectures, custom applications, and other SaaS platforms.
- Designing and implementing solutions beyond Salesforce platform using Heroku/AWS and languages like Python or Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
- Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD processes for Salesforce projects, using Scratch Org or Sandbox approaches.
- Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with both technical and business teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience integrating with enterprise software like Chorus, Gainsight, Outreach, and Seismic.
- Experience managing inbound data connections with data marts on Snowflake or AWS.
- Experience architecting integrations with ERP/NetSuite, Data Warehouse, and e-commerce platforms.
