Job Summary: The Store Sales Manager will be responsible for leading store teams in driving sales, brand loyalty, setting expectations, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves recruiting and developing top retail talent, with full accountability for the store’s financial results and overall leadership and development of the team to achieve results and support brand strategies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive results by recruiting and developing high-performing teams using all available resources to interview, hire, and retain top talent for key store and district positions.
  2. Fuel the growth of the business by developing future leaders and identifying external talent to contribute to a solid talent pipeline.
  3. Create and maintain a diverse, high-performing team through consistent selection, development, and motivation.
  4. Communicate goals effectively and monitor team progress against key business metrics.
  5. Coach, mentor, and oversee team performance to meet store and company goals.
  6. Assess performance and provide feedback within the performance management cycle.
  7. Model and demonstrate exceptional customer service behaviors on the sales floor.
  8. Motivate associates to build brand loyalty and create a positive store environment.
  9. Represent the company professionally and positively.
  10. Create and manage staff schedules to meet business needs and maximize profitability.
  11. Train associates and ensure compliance with all SOPs.
  12. Plan and execute floor sets efficiently, following brand guidelines and encouraging team collaboration.
  13. Drive a superior shopping experience and sales results through effective influence and leadership programs.
  14. Manage visual presentation, signage, and display standards.
  15. Ensure adherence to Loss Prevention procedures to protect company assets.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred. 5+ years of experience as a retail store manager in a relevant environment.
