Description:

Responsibilities:

  1. Provides a comprehensive range of I&IT business analysis services for clients with diverse business and technological needs.
  2. Interacts with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their requirements through gathering, documenting, and analyzing business needs.
  3. Prepares and advises on business analysis policies, processes, best practices, and standards to promote a comprehensive and consistent business analysis practice within the organization.
  4. Leads and conducts business analysis to assess client’s business problems/opportunities and documents business requirements for I&IT solutions.
  5. Applies re-engineering concepts to promote business improvements through alternative and cost-effective service delivery approaches.
  6. Leads and conducts business analysis at varying levels of detail appropriate to the project phases, aligning with OPS Unified Project Management Methodology and OPS Standard Systems Development Methodologies.
  7. Develops strategies, prepares business cases, conducts feasibility studies, and develops sound processes for requirements gathering.
  8. Conducts business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, and other relevant analyses for assigned projects.
  9. Monitors progress, resolves problems, and reports regularly to I&IT management and stakeholders.
  10. Develops performance measures and traceability matrices for business analysis evaluation and conducts follow-up.

Experience and Skill Set Requirements:

  1. Demonstrates expertise in IT systems and services, including methodologies to measure business value and maturity.
  2. Establishes effective traceability between business and IT Key Performance Indicators.
  3. Possesses enterprise-level modeling expertise and familiarity with tools for comprehensive business analysis.
  4. Understands enterprise architecture, particularly in business and information architecture.
  5. Displays proficiency in software development life cycle and design principles for user interfaces.
  6. Experience with agile engineering methods and a broad range of internet technologies.
  7. Experience setting up the agile environment for user-centered service development.
  8. Experience leading and coordinating the team including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming.
  9. Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience navigating complex issues and stakeholders.
  10. Excels in client relationship management and building strong relationships across organizations.

Must Haves:

  1. Possesses enterprise-level modeling expertise and familiarity with tools for comprehensive business analysis.
  2. Understands enterprise architecture, particularly in business and information architecture.
  3. Experience setting up the agile environment for user-centered service development.
  4. Experience leading and coordinating the team including daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
  5. Experience managing the agile process for multi-disciplinary teams.

Nice to have:

  1. Experience and knowledge with verifiable credentials and SSI model implementations.
