Description
As the Sales Enablement Director, you’ll oversee new hire onboarding, drive process adoption at the department level, and align with quarterly department sales plans. Additionally, you’ll be responsible for spearheading process improvement and measurement, fostering cross-sales and department collaboration, and providing support for department projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Onboarding
- Ensurea smooth transition to roles and attainment of 90-day KPIs
- Ensure program and materials are adjusted as per department needs
- Ensure communication & feedback is provided to sales leadership
- Provide sales leadership with final report & coaching opportunities for new hires
Process Adoption at Department Level
- Effectively work with leadership to identify gaps and provided necessary support to drive process adoption
- Demonstrate ownership of strategy for process adoption through sales leadership
- Deliver effective support/training to drive process adoption
