Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Survey Programmer to lead our programming team, develop talent, and ensure the delivery of high-quality survey projects. This role requires technical expertise, leadership skills, and a commitment to excellence in survey programming.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and mentor onshore and offshore programming teams, supporting strategic objectives and staff development.
- Manage project workflows, ensuring timely and quality delivery of survey programming across multiple projects.
- Act as a technical expert, executing complex survey programming tasks using platforms like Decipher and CMIX.
- Review survey documents, provide consultation, and optimize programming code for efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with clients, translation teams, and internal departments to ensure project success.
- Train and develop team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate team performance.
- Maintain positive client relationships through high-quality work and professional communication.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation within survey programming.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Decipher programming experience, with at least 200 projects completed.
- Proficiency in Python, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, or jQuery.
- Experience with online survey platforms such as CMIX, Confirmit, SPSS, Sawtooth, or similar.
- Strong leadership, training, and project management skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to work during weekends is a plus.
