The projects will vary depending on the organization supported, demanding broad knowledge of business practices.
Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to project deadlines, contract specifications, and engineering codes.
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures for project execution.
- Plan and monitor labor costs, third-party materials, and subcontractor expenses.
- Oversee design, engineering, procurement, and construction phases.
- Evaluate subcontractor performance to meet project goals.
- Lead asset lifecycle management across P3 facilities to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct hazard assessments and enforce health and safety policies.
- Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes and closeout materials.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership and manage client communications.
- Produce accurate monthly revenue forecasts.
- Ensure a safe working environment and enforce safety practices.
- Support end users for systems like CORA, SAP, and QFM (CMMS), including daily activities, lifecycle maintenance, and project updates.
Qualifications
Must Have
- Post-secondary diploma in Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in construction or healthcare.
Valued Skills
- Previous P3 business experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Access, and SharePoint.
- Knowledge of IT and financial systems like Salesforce, SAP, and Cora PPM.
- Strong communication, collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience in performance improvement, meeting commitments, and exceeding customer expectations.
- Master’s degree and PMP certification preferred.
- Understanding of building codes and CSA standards.
- Ability to act with urgency and implement best practices in project management.
