Maintenance Engineer (Night Shift) Southampton, Hampshire Up to £52,000 + Benefits Monday to Friday 00:00- 08:00 Adept:us are excited to have partnered with a reputable manufacturing business that are part of a widely recognised retail group. Based in Southampton, they are seeking a multi skilled maintenance engineer to join the team, on a full time, permanent. The Role: As part of the maintenance engineering team, your primary responsibility will be to ensure all production and process machinery operates efficiently. Your key tasks will include: * Reactive Maintenance: Swiftly respond to breakdowns, diagnose issues, and repair electrical and mechanical faults. * Planned Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance to ensure the equipment remains reliable and functions smoothly. * Equipment Support: Assist with the installation and modification of electro-mechanical systems. * Team Collaboration: Provide training, coaching, and support to production and operational staff. The Requirements: * Qualified to level 3 in an engineering discipline. * Proven experience in maintenance engineering, ideally within an manufacturing environment. * A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving. * Strong skills in diagnosing and repairing faults across mechanical and/or electrical systems
