We are looking for a dynamic and innovative Senior Manager – Robo Club to lead, develop, and manage the robotics club program across our school(s). This role requires a combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for hands-on learning. The ideal candidate will mentor students, oversee club operations, and work with faculty to foster a culture of curiosity, creativity, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement a comprehensive robo club curriculum aligned with educational standards and emerging technologies.
  2. Student Engagement: Mentor students in designing, building, and programming robots using different platforms.
  3. Competitions & Showcases: Prepare and guide student teams for local, national, and international robotics competitions and expos. Encourage innovation, problem-solving, and critical thinking through structured activities, workshops, and hackathons.
  4. Resource Management: Manage inventory of robotics kits, tools, and lab equipment. Coordinate purchases and maintenance. Work closely with school leadership, teachers, and parents to align club goals with academic objectives and student interests.
  5. Reporting & Evaluation: Track student progress, maintain documentation, and report on club activities, achievements, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  1. 7-10 years of experience in a related field.
  2. Hands-on experience with educational robotics platforms.
  3. Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Passion for education, innovation, and working with school-age children.
