The F&A team comprises multiple functions, including Financial Control & Business Performance Management, Procurement, Digital Transformation, Tax, Treasury, and Operations. Together, the team optimizes global finance initiatives and is detail-oriented while multitasking across various projects.
We are hiring a highly motivated Finance Manager for a highly visible role responsible for developing and maintaining financial operations and reporting to support our fast-paced growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance efforts proactively, ensuring compliance with Canada’s Securities regulations as per the National Instrument, and manage registration and exemptive relief decisions.
- Prepare Crypto.com Canada for CIRO membership, updating policies and procedures according to CIRO’s requirements.
- Provide regular updates to Senior Management on the compliance program.
- Ensure policies and procedures meet regulatory standards and are properly executed.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain compliance.
- Prepare reports for Management and the Board of Directors.
- Handle quarterly and annual regulatory reporting.
- Assist with tax returns, financial audits, and related schedules.
- Automate processes to improve efficiency.
- Support global reporting by working with Crypto.com entities.
- Oversee cash flows, customer cash accounts, and related transactions.
