Job Overview
Responsible for assisting with budgeting, forecasting, tracking, analysis, and reporting of various financial data for procurement that support the achievement of business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support annual budgeting process by collaborating with departments to produce a quality bottom-up budget.
- Prepare quarterly forecasts with detailed analytical support.
- Develop analytical models in Excel for senior management decision-making.
- Present recommendations on financial forecasts, trends, and operational impacts.
- Seek opportunities to improve process efficiency while maintaining accuracy.
- Analyze variance reports and explain deviations.
- Provide analytical and technical support on major initiatives.
- Perform month-end activities.
- Ensure internal controls are effective and adhered to.
Recipe For Success
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of financial analysis experience.
- CPA, CMA, or CGA designation completed or in progress.
- Knowledge of consumer-packaged goods industry and financial analysis skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build stakeholder relationships.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail, initiative, and independence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proven ability to drive change and process improvements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and intermediate Power BI skills.
- Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
