- 8+ Years of IT experience as a full stack Java Developer.
- 2+ Years of experience as a dev lead, performing code reviews.
- Ability to lead and work independently with minimal guidance.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java, Spring Boot (or Spring), Microservices architecture, Build tools (Maven or similar), and Version control (Git, Github or similar).
- Experience with DevOps or CI/CD tools such as OpenShift, Docker, Artifactory, SonarQube.
- Coordinate with QA, performance testing teams, Solution Architects, and other stakeholders.
