About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic SAP Cutover, Release and Hypercare Manager to lead the planning and execution of cutover activities for a major SAP HANA implementation. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless transition from legacy systems to SAP, minimizing disruption and maximizing business continuity.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, finance, and operations to ensure all systems, processes, and stakeholders are aligned and ready for go-live. This is a high-impact role ideal for a seasoned project manager with deep SAP experience and a passion for operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Cutover Planning & Execution: Develop and execute detailed cutover plans aligned with project timelines and business readiness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the cutover team, ensuring all stakeholders are onboarded, trained, and aligned.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all involved parties, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues during cutover to ensure minimal disruption to business operations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless system integration post-cutover.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all activities adhere to data privacy, security protocols, and compliance standards.
