We are passively seeking Senior DevOps Engineers to join our team in anticipation of future hiring needs. While the demand for this role has not yet been realized, we are eager to build an engaged pipeline for future needs.
What will your typical day look like?
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and management of CI/CD pipelines to automate the build, test, and deployment processes.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to ensure seamless and reliable software releases.
- Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure solutions.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Implement and manage containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Monitor and maintain the health, performance, and security of production and development environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure and application issues in a timely manner.
- Continuously improve and optimize DevOps processes, tools, and practices.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure the team is leveraging the most effective solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Document processes, configurations, and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing and maintain operational excellence.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality standards.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of proven experience as a DevOps Engineer, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Expertise in DevOps principles, practices, and tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Advanced knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Strong expertise in containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $80,000 – $115,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
