**Position Title:** Product Owner, Portfolio Data Product**Department**: R&D Data Products and Platforms**Location:** DowntownToronto, ON (Hybrid – 3 days a week onsite)**About the Job*** Lead the development and evolution of digital of core data products that support research and development portfolio management* Own the product roadmap, defining clear and actionable goals that align with the strategic direction of the company and the needs of the scientific teams.* Gather and prioritize requirements from portfolio stakeholders, technical and functional to define the “What” and “Why” of product development.* Work closely with data consumers (Digital and business if any), data engineers, and platform engineers to ensure the product meets both functional and technical requirements.* Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (including R&D, technology, and operations) to ensure alignment and ensure the product strategy is supported by business cases and industry standards.* 5+ years in product management or at least in project management.* Experience leading product(or service) development in pharmaceutical environments, particularly research, manaufacturing or development.* Knowledge on data integration and computing* Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS.* Strong understanding of artificial intelligence and machine learning).* Strong drive and ability to articulate product vision and align teams around shared goals.* Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, particularly with scientists, engineers, and executive stakeholders.* Proven ability to make strategic decisions, overcome roadblocks, and deliver results in a fast-paced, complex environment.* Leadership skills to inspire and guide both technical and non-technical teams toward successful product delivery.* Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies, including experience working in Scrum teams.* Familiarity with Data base, data integration and data engineering.* Strong understanding of UX/UI, application design, and data engineering principles.* Experience with cloud platforms, AI platforms, and data pipelines is a plus.* Bring the miracles of science to life alongside a supportive, future-focused team.* Discover endless opportunities to grow your talent and drive your career, whether it’s through a promotion or lateral move, at home or internationally.* Enjoy a thoughtful, well-crafted rewards package that recognizes your contribution and amplifies your impact.* Take good care of yourself and your family, with a wide range of health and wellbeing benefits including high-quality healthcare, prevention and wellness programs
