- Help build, manage, and maintain our cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
- Develop and improve our CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate builds, testing, and deployments.
- Help manage source code, branching strategies, and repository access within GitHub.
- Monitor system performance and reliability, responding to incidents as they arise.
- Contribute to technical documentation for infrastructure and processes.
- Help manage and support key IT infrastructure on behalf of our business
What You Bring To The Table
- A foundational understanding of DevOps concepts and Agile methodologies.
- Some experience with Terraform to define and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Familiarity with core AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM, VPC).
- Proficiency using GitHub for version control and GitHub Actions for automation.
- Comfortable working with command-line tools in Linux and macOS.
- A strong desire to learn, a collaborative spirit, and excellent problem-solving skills.
Ideal But Not Required
- Experience with scripting languages like Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of container technologies like Docker.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or AWS CloudWatch.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary is $70,000 to $85,000 per annum (The actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience, and internal parity).

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have created a hybrid work model that helps us get together to Collaborate, Celebrate and Connect while enjoying the flexibility of working where it makes sense for you. For this role’s duty and responsibility, we anticipate that you will come into the office three to four times per week.
