Our Banking client in MONTREAL, Quebec is looking to hire a Manager, Change Management for a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
What you will be doing…
- Leading the organizational implementation and transition of business process, organizational change, and system changes, including definition of the change, planning and execution, documentation, training, and coaching.
- Assessing training needs, planning training strategies, designing training programs including training tools.
- Creating training material, organizing, managing, and conducting training sessions.
- Contributing to deliverables related to the business transformation, new processes, and service design.
What you will need to succeed…
Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years working in an organizational change and transformation management team.
- Experience working in the financial sector, project/portfolio management in large corporations.
- 2+ years working with clients to assess needs and design solutions.
- 2+ years managing internal and external resources in the support of solution development and delivery.
- Previous FI / Consulting experience preferred.
- A change management certification or designation is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Finance, Communications, Education, or relevant field.
- Bilingual in French/English.
