Base pay range
CA$90,000.00/yr – CA$95,000.00/yr
About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-oriented and passionate ISTQB Certified QA Tester to join our dynamic team.
- As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products through both manual and automated testing methods.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute test cases and scripts based on project requirements
- Perform manual and automated testing of web, mobile, or desktop applications
- Collaborate closely with development teams to identify, report, and resolve bugs
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews
- Document test results and create detailed bug reports
- Ensure software meets both functional and non-functional requirements
- Contribute to continuous testing improvements and QA best practices
Qualifications:
- ISTQB Certification (Foundation Level or higher) is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Familiarity with test management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, etc.
- Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to cloud-based testing environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).
