We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our location at CrossIron Mills Mall. The ideal candidate will lead a vibrant team, ensuring a memorable shopping experience for our guests while maintaining operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation.
- Manage inventory and ensure stock levels are maintained appropriately.
- Train, develop, and coach team members to enhance their performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience in retail or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial attitude with a background in a sales-driven environment.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of skincare, body care, and fragrance is a plus.
- Experience with clienteling is advantageous.
- Basic technological skills.
