Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to understand their needs and tailor the software implementation accordingly.
- Configure and customize the software to fit client-specific requirements.
- Train clients on the use and best practices of the software.
- Provide ongoing support during and after the implementation process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues.
- Document the implementation process and share insights to improve future rollouts.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in software implementation or a related field.
- Strong technical knowledge of software systems and configurations.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or project management software is a plus.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically under pressure.
