Programme Lead – Major Civil Engineering
Working for a consultancy involved with some of the largest Civil Engineering projects in the UK.
Salary: £100,000 – £120,000 basic + package including lodgings (full lodging provided as you will be on site 4-5 days per week)
Location: Southampton (Based on site 4-5 days per week)
Role Description
As a Programme Lead, you will be leading the Civil Engineering scheme on behalf of the client, managing the £100m scheme from start to finish. Managing the client team on site, ensuring the project is completed against contractual agreements and design specifications. Leading technical, commercial, and operational functions with a team, managing these elements with contractors on site.
Main responsibilities include:
- Ensuring the programme is delivered against NEC contractual agreements.
- Managing design development, construction, and commissioning.
- Working with internal professional advisers to ensure works proceed according to planning permissions, licenses, and regulations.
- Leading health, safety, well-being, quality, and environmental performance.
