Our Banking/Financial client is seeking a skilled SailPoint Developer to support Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) along with hands-on experience in integration, customization, and implementation. This role requires strong problem-solving, client-facing skills, and the ability to work across diverse technology landscapes.

Excellent knowledge of SailPoint IIQ Fundamentals including:

Installation & Configuration

Application Onboarding

Entitlement Catalog

Roles, Reports & Rules
-
Tasks (Aggregation/Refresh/Maintenance)

Strong background in Java, BeanShell, JDBC, XML, and Web Services.

Hands-on experience with UNIX/Linux scripting (Shell, Perl, Python).

Solid database skills (SQL, MySQL, Oracle).

Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle.

Proven experience in workflows, rules, and custom connectors within SailPoint IIQ.

At least 2-3 SailPoint IIQ implementations and 2-4 years in development.

Excellent communication, client interaction, and troubleshooting skills.
