The Opportunity
Under Sunwing Vacations , we are looking for a Product Specialist to join us in making vacation dreams come true. As the Product Specialist you will ensure Hotel Contracts, Rate Revisions, Destination Transfers and Excursions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. The Product Specialist is also responsible to communicate updates, changes to hotel information internally for customer advisement and for updates to the WEB/hotel pages according to deadlines. The position reports to the Director, Product Support, and will be located in Toronto, ON
What You’ll Do
- Assist the Director/Buyers with the overall management and implementation of contracts
- Mange accuracy of contracts, and any changes
- Review rates and mange promotional rate updates
- Input and manage contracts within contracting system and all correspondence from hotels
- Completion and follow up of hotel contracts and details
- Maintain all contracts and correspondence from hotels in the internal drive
- Responsible for the completion of contracts (promo rooms, Marketing, rep rooms, specialty packages, group promotions, staff travel, terms and conditions, deposits, guarantees,
