Hybrid role – 3 days office, 2 days remote.
Overview

- Consider dependencies, relationships, and integration points for proper solution integration with other systems

- Assist junior analysts through project lifecycles
- Manage work against demanding timelines
- Communicate professionally and effectively with business professionals and clients daily
Responsibilities
- Analyze issues, estimate efforts, propose solutions, and follow ServiceNow development best practices
- Manage multiple projects concurrently
- Demonstrable experience with ServiceNow platform navigation, administration, configuration, and scripting
- Knowledge of ITIL concepts and IT Service Management practices (ITIL v3 certification a plus)
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM development approaches (a plus)
- Ability to work remotely and independently, delivering to written requirements
Requirements
- Experience with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, CSM, ITOM, IRM, CMDB)
- Understanding of project delivery lifecycle and processes
- Experience creating or modifying relevant ServiceNow components
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Consultative and analytical approach
- Experience with cloud technologies and SaaS
- Proven experience implementing ITSM tools, including Incident, Service Request, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management
