Job description
Our client is a leading electronic manufacturing and design services company providing circuit design, PCB layout, bare board manufacturing, PCB assembly, testing, and box build for prototype and low-to-mid volume productions. They are currently looking to hire a Business Development Manager based remotely with at least 5 years of successful sales experience in the Electronics Market.
Your new role
In this role, you will work closely with the COO and will be responsible for attaining bookings necessary for the company’s growth and profitability. You will manage specific assigned accounts, work on acquiring new accounts, and find, sign, and manage reps in your region. You will collaborate with the inside sales team and other departments to effectively service customers. Your core responsibilities include driving business development, sales, and overall revenue growth, as well as articulating and presenting the value of the company’s offerings to decision makers and managing complex sales cycles.
What you will need to succeed
To qualify, you must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant sales experience in the Electronics Market, ideally with prior experience selling PCBs, PCBA, or PCB Design. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, along with being a self-starter, are essential. Existing relationships with decision makers and a strong network in the industry will be key success factors.
