How you’ll make an impact
It’s an exciting time for the accounting industry as it undergoes a large-scale digital transformation. As a key member of Xero’s Canadian Enterprise team, you will directly influence the success of large Canadian firms and their clients.
Working closely with Enterprise Partner Success Managers (EPSMs), you will develop and execute national initiatives that embed best practices across the Xero platform through exceptional consulting experiences. Your foundation of product expertise, change management, project management, and process knowledge will ensure our consulting services differentiate Xero, helping Enterprise Partners activate and scale their use of the Xero platform successfully.
What you’ll do
- Serve as a technical expert on the Xero platform, advising on workflows and SOPs that drive business improvement for our Enterprise Partners.
- Develop and deliver national technical training plans tailored to the workflows of our Enterprise Partners.
- Support and drive data conversion efforts, partnering closely with the Xero Migration Team and our Enterprise Partners to accelerate client
