Job Description
Role: Assistant Branch Manager
Summary: Support the daily management of a retail branch by assisting the branch manager in team development, operational versatility, and collaborating with sales to maintain and grow the customer base.

Responsibilities
- Supervise various aspects of the local retail branch
- Assist the branch manager in all aspects of the business, including team development and growth
- Be willing and capable of performing all roles within the branch, emphasizing cross-training
- Collaborate with the sales team to support existing customers and develop new ones
Qualifications
- College diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or equivalent; or 3+ years of retail management/sales experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Knowledge of the roofing industry is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations
Work Authorization & Travel
- Authorized to work in Canada
- Ability to travel as required
